  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine coconut, coating mix and seasonings in shallow dish.
  • Dip shrimp in egg, then roll in coconut mixture until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until shrimp are tender.

Make Ahead

The shrimp can be coated ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 3 hours before baking as directed.

Special Extra

Mix 1/2 cup Kraft Regular or Calorie-Wise Rancher's Choice Dressing, 1/4 cup Kraft Pure Orange Marmalade, 1 tsp. curry powder, and 2 or 3 drops hot pepper sauce until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve with the shrimp.
