  • Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk egg and milk until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in corn and 3 Tbsp. chives.
  • Heat oil in deep fryer to 375°F. Use small ice cream scoop or 2 spoons to drop batter, in small batches, into hot oil. using about 2 Tbsp. batter for each fritter. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until golden brown, turning occasionally and adjusting heat as necessary to keep oil between 350°F and 360°F. Use slotted spoon to transfer each batch of fritters to paper towel-covered baking sheet.
  • Place all fritters on platter; sprinkle with remaining chives. Serve with marinara sauce.


Prepare using your favourite variety of Classico Pasta Sauce.

How to Keep the Fritters Warm

To keep cooked fritters warm while frying the remaining fritters, place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray in warm oven until ready to serve.
