  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place kale in large bowl. Mix oil, garlic powder and onion powder until blended. Add to kale; toss until evenly coated while gently rubbing oil mixture into kale leaves with your hands.
  • Spread onto 2 parchment-covered rimmed baking sheets.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min. or until crisp, turning kale leaves after 10 min. Cool completely.
  • Serve with the dressing.


You will need to start with about 170 g kale (1/2 of 340-g bunch) to get the 6 cups torn kale leaves needed to prepare this recipe.

Special Extra

Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese over the partially baked kale before turning after 10 min. as directed.
