Note from the Kraft Kitchens

After testing a variety of potatoes for this recipe, we found 2-inch Yukon gold potatoes worked best.

Do not cover the baking sheet with foil before using to bake the potatoes since the cheese mixture will stick to it.

Turned out great for me - quick and easy and looks great with a garnish from my garden of parsley or chives. All my Summer visitors will enjoy these crispy potatoes with my world's famous Ribs.

I've made this several times, and each time it was a hit. It is so simple to do, and the kiddo's love it! I make mine in a ***** dish, so clean up is a breeze, and I let them rest for about 3 to 5 minutes face down, so the cheese "sticks" to the potato. I serve with a spoonful of sour *****, real bacon bits, and chives. The garlic powder gives them a light zing, that the family loves.
