  • Combine all ingredients except oil. Refrigerate 10 min.
  • Heat half the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Use 1/2-cup ice cream scoop or measuring cup to portion half the turkey mixture into 4 mounds in skillet; flatten into patties with back of spatula.
  • Cook 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining oil and turkey mixture to cook 4 additional cakes.


If you don't have any leftover roasted turkey and/or mashed potatoes on hand, you can instead prepare this satisfy recipe using leftover cooked chicken and/or freshly prepared instant mashed potatoes.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.

Special Extra
