To cook the sauce in the microwave, mix Miracle Whip, flour and milk in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring after 2 min.
For best results, both the broccoli and cauliflower florets should be the same size, about 2 inches, so they cook evenly.
This vegetable bake is sure to become a new family favourite. As a bonus, it contains broccoli - an excellent source of vitamin C.

awesome vegetable bake...had this with our Thanksgiving Day dinner...everyone loved it and wanted the recipe....
Wow! This was delicious. I was going to
make it with the florets but didn't have time to shop so just used four cups of the frozen vegs I had on hand plus some boneless chicken breasts. I could not believe how easy it was and wonderful.
I am sharing this recipe with friends today and definitely will be making it for Sunday dinner. A real keeper!
