  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Remove seasoning packet from soup mix; discard or reserve for another use. Crumble noodles into medium bowl; stir in nuts. Spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 8 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring after 5 min.; cool slightly.
  • Combine broccoli slaw, edamame, mangos and onions in large bowl. Whisk dressing, soy sauce and sesame oil until blended. Add to slaw mixture along with the nut mixture; mix lightly.

Special Extra

Add 1 chopped avocado to salad just before serving.


Substitute coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix) for the broccoli slaw.
