  • Mix peanut butter and cereal in medium bowl; shape into 24 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Freeze 30 min. or until firm.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package. Dip truffles, 1 at a time, in chocolate; shake gently to remove excess chocolate. Return to prepared baking sheet.
  • Let stand 3 hours or until chocolate is firm. Place in airtight container; freeze until ready to serve.


For a change of pace, prepare using 2-1/2 cups crushed corn flakes.

How to Roll the Balls

To prevent the cereal mixture from sticking to your hands, moisten them with water before using to roll the cereal mixture into balls.


Remove balls from freezer about 5 min. before eating.

    Made this and they completely fell apart. Plus the chocolate was too thick to shake off excess. Not sure what I did wrong. At least they tasted ok.
