  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Melt 1 Tbsp. margarine in small skillet on medium heat. Add onions and red peppers; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add to combined turkey, peas and carrots, sour cream, Miracle Whip, tarragon and black pepper; mix well.
  • Spoon into 1-1/2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Melt remaining margarine in small skillet. Add cheese and bread crumbs; cook and stir 3 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle over turkey mixture.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through.


Substitute chicken for the turkey.
