Very good!

This recipe tastes even better when you use twice the amount of old cheddar! This is becoming a weekend classic at our house.

This is a great recipe. Next time would try bacon instead of ham. I did use 1/4 c of oil instead of 1/3 and it was fine. Alittle diced potato or hashbrown might be really nice to try in it as well. I did use some no salt seasoning which was a nice added touch.

Very simple to make and delicious!

Quiche is quick, easy, and yummy hot or as cold leftovers. You can make all sorts of substitutions, depending on what you have on hand.

This is easy to make and it turned out wonderfully, but I think that next time I would still do the crust as you still needed to use flour and oil so I might as well do the crust. But on the whole it was delicious.
