  • Combine avocados, onions, sweet peppers, mangos, cilantro and 1/2 tsp. black pepper.
  • Combine flour, chili powder, cumin and remaining black pepper. Add fish, 1 piece at a time; toss to evenly coat fish with flour mixture. Shake gently to remove excess flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook, turning often, for 7 to 10 min. or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork.
  • Spoon fish onto tortillas; top with avocado mixture and dressing.

Special Extra

Serve tacos with hot pepper sauce and lime wedges for squeezing over the finished tacos.


Prepare using haddock fillets.
