these were a big hit with my daughters kindergarten class!! My daughter felt so proud that she made them for her friends. I think i should have let the jello cool longer, before i added the whip cream though. it ended up seperating. Oh well, it tasted fine, just got 3 layers instead of 2 :)

The kids AND adults totally loved this recipe, although in the future I will not put the cinnamon hearts on top for the kids ones. They found them to be too strong a taste.

I made this for my daughters class they loved it.(nut free) Went through 8 boxes of jello! Try to get small cups. Do the quick mix with Ice cubes then you don't have to wait as long for the jello to set. I wraped up a plastic spoon with pink and purple ribbion to go with the cups. They are still thanking me! Easy recipe to make and fun to eat. There is only 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and it's a good idea to wait until the jello is set before preparing the mousse part. Also if you down too far with the chocolate it can melt a bit if your jello is too hot.

it was very easy to make and my sisters loved them, but I added fresh strawberries to the jell-o, so it made it all that much better, instead of just liquids.

This was good and fun to eat. The kids liked eating off the chocolate design in the inside of the cup which we did different for everyone. Next time would of waited first before mixing up the "mouse" portion until the jello was set.
