  • Combine chicken, apples, celery, cranberries and onions in large bowl.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients except nuts until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Sprinkle with nuts before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a bed of torn mixed salad greens. Or, spoon onto whole wheat bread slices for open-face sandwiches.

Substitute

Substitute raisins, dried blueberries, dried cherries or chopped dried apricots for the dried cranberries.

Special Extra
