  • MIX 1 (184g/6.5oz) can tuna, 1/4 (50mL) cup each KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Sour Cream & Onion Ranch Dressing, chopped celery, red onion and pecans and 1 tsp (5mL) curry powder. Layer tuna mixture, KRAFT Cheddar cheese slice and sliced green apple lightly brushed with dressing together between 3 slices brown bread for each serving.

TIP

For the best taste and texture - and to control fat - choose solid white tuna packed in water or broth. Tuna packed in oil can be rinsed with very hot water and then drained.

Note

Excellent source Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamins B6 & B12 and Dietary Fibre. Good source Calcium.
