  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  • Cut zucchini and eggplant lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick slices; brush with oil. Grill 4 min. on each side or until tender. Transfer to plate; reserve.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Blend ketchup, onions, olives, tomato paste, capers, herbs, vinegar and garlic in blender until smooth; spoon into bowl. Stir in Parmesan. Cut lasagna noodle crosswise into 3 pieces.
  • Spread 1/4 cup prepared sauce onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of 1 noodle piece, 1/3 of the remaining sauce and half the grilled vegetables. Cover with second noodle piece and half of the remaining sauce. Top with remaining grilled vegetables, noodle piece and sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover.
  • Bake 45 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 30 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Special Extra

For a touch of heat, stir 1 tsp. crushed red pepper into prepared sauce along with the Parmesan.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
