  • Place meat in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 min.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF; bake meat additional 35 min. or until meat registers 155ºF.
  • Meanwhile, whisk remaining ingredients in saucepan; cook on medium heat 2 min.
  • Increase oven temperature to 400ºF. Pour sauce over meat; bake 5 min. or until sauce is caramelized and bubbly, and meat is done (160ºF).
