Fig balsamic dressing, brown sugar, whole cloves and a touch of Dijon mustard transform an ordinary baked ham into an oh-so-good sweet-and-tangy glazed ham.

  • Heat oven to 325ºF.
  • Use tip of sharp knife to score surface of ham into diamond shapes; insert cloves into centres of diamonds. Place ham on rack in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour 15 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  • Reserve half the dressing mixture for later use; brush remaining dressing mixture onto ham. Bake 45 min. or until heated through (160°F), brushing with some of the reserved dressing mixture every 15 min.
  • Transfer ham to cutting board; tent with foil. Let stand 15 min. before slicing to serve.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favourite roasted fresh vegetables.
