  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add bread; stir until evenly moistened. Add spinach, bacon and 1 cup cheese; mix lightly.
  • Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake, uncovered, 50 min. or until centre is set, and top is puffed and golden brown.


Prepare using frozen chopped broccoli, reduced-sodium bacon and shredded Cracker Barrel Light Old Cheddar Cheese.

    I made this for a family brunch on Boxing Day and this recipe is a keeper! Everyone loved it and it was so easy to prepare ahead and pop in the oven. Loved it!
