Microwave butter, onion and garlic in covered casserole on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stirring once. Stir in soup, milk, mustard, 1 cup cheese and cooked pasta. Top with remaining cheese. Cover and microwave on HIGH 6-8 minutes.

Excellent! Nice change - of course I always use more cheese than the recipe calls for (wink)
This recipe is amazingly simple! I make it ahead in the morning and bake it just before suppertime. I like to make it a meal by adding chopped cooked bacon or ham, and serve with veggies on the side.
