  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine graham crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom and 2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
  • Mix liqueur and instant coffee granules until blended; set aside. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in coffee; pour into crust.
  • Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
  • Meanwhile, coarsely chop 4 nuts; reserve for later use. Dip remaining nuts, 1 at a time, in melted chocolate; gently shake each nut to remove excess chocolate before placing on parchment-covered tray. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Arrange 16 chocolate-dipped nuts around top edge of cheesecake. Arrange remaining chocolate-dipped nuts in centre of cheesecake. Sprinkle with reserved chopped nuts.

Note

This elegant cheesecake can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before garnishing with nuts as directed.
