These layered parfaits feature fresh raspberries and blueberries in a simple no-bake dessert. Cookie crumbs, jelly and a creamy topping come together in these Double-Fruit Parfaits for four.

  • Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough cold water to ice to measure 3/4 cup; stir into jelly until ice is completely melted. Pour 1/2 cup jelly into small bowl. Add Cool Whip; stir with whisk until well blended.
  • Refrigerate remaining jelly 5 min. or until thickened. Stir in 3/4 cup raspberries and 2 Tbsp. blueberries.
  • Layer biscuit crumbs, fruited jelly mixture and Cool Whip mixture alternately in 4 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top with remaining fruit. Refrigerate 30 min.

Variation

Prepare using other flavours of Jell-O No Sugar Added Jelly Powder, such as Strawberry or Orange, and other fruits, such as drained canned mandarin orange sections, strawberries or blackberries.
