I made this as two loafs. Only had to bake for about 40 mins. Ended up with extra icing as a result. Turned out wonderful. full of flavor and the texture with the poppy seeds was a great bonus. Will want to make this again as a nice refreshing change for the boys at work. Very easy to make and full of flavor.

Have made this and shared it, now I'm starting to play with it... The last one I made was lemon cake, orange jell-o and lime juice and zest in the icing. I was also thinking about orange cake, orange icing and chocolate-cream cheese glaze....

I made it without poppy seeds (all out) and icing, and it was moist and delicious anyway.
