Dragon Bowl Noodles are a delicious vegetarian dish. Spaghetti is tossed in a savoury spicy sauce with eggs and crunchy vegetables. We used spaghetti in this recipe, but udon noodles or rice noodles work just as well!

  • Whisk dressing, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce and garlic in small bowl until blended. Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add carrots and peppers; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Transfer to plate. Add eggs to skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 2 min. or until set; transfer to separate plate.
  • Drain spaghetti, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Add cooking water to skillet along with dressing mixture; stir. Bring to boil. Add spaghetti; toss to evenly coat. Add cooked vegetables, eggs, cilantro and half the onions; mix lightly. Transfer to serving bowl; top with remaining onions.

Special Extra

Top with 1/2 cup chopped peanuts just before serving.

Stir 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter into dressing mixture before using as directed.

Garnish with a few fresh cilantro sprigs before serving.
