  • Chop enough onions to measure 2 Tbsp.; set aside. Trim remaining onion tops; refrigerate until ready to use as garnish.
  • Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add reserved chopped onions and finely chopped vegetables; mix well.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Shape cream cheese mixture on plate to resemble carrot; cover with remaining cheddar. Decorate with onion tops as shown in photo.

Substitute

Prepare using 1/2 cup of your favourite combination of finely chopped fresh vegetables.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with assorted crackers and additional cut-up fresh vegetables.
