  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cookie crumbs and butter until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 5 min.; set aside.
  • Prepare pie filling as directed on package. Stir in lemon peel. Pour into crust.
  • Microwave marshmallows and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate 10 min. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate 15 min. Spoon over filling, using back of spoon to create peaks. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until firm. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

The best way to thaw frozen Cool Whip Whipped Topping is in its container in the refrigerator. A 1-L tub will thaw in 4 to 5 hours. We DO NOT recommend thawing Cool Whip Whipped Topping in the microwave.
