    I'm going to try this with cooked oriental noodles as well as the veggies. I'll bet it would be good cold!

    we loved it. Great change from traditional cream dips.

    Surprisingly good! A little runny, but I added a little extra peanut butter (smooth works best) to make it cling to the veggies more. It makes a nice change from the usual dairy-based dips. I think it will be popular at our parties.
