I added spinach and mushrooms to the sauce. It turned out wonderful and full of lots of flavor. I was surprised at how far a small bag of ravioli could go. easily fed 4. served it with a ceaser salad and garlic toast. a keeper.
So good! Used fresh beef tortellini, added spinach, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes!
