Of course I added to this as I always do! I microwaved potato first for 4 minutes. Put in bowl with likely 4 tbsp. of Zesty Italian, ... then tossed potato chunks in a bowl with salad dressing, spread on baking sheet; sprinkled with oregano, dill, pepper etc.. and in my convection set at 400 F for 20 min. stirring every 5 min. At the end I put on the broiler for 4-5 min. My husband & I loved them!
