  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Whisk remaining ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
  • Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake 15 to 17 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Special Extra

Cut additional banana into 12 slices; place 1 slice on batter in each cup before baking as directed.
