Yummy :) did add a little beef bouillon to stew. Used a bottom blade roast cut into chunks. Very tender!

This recipe produces a top notch bourguignon, very close to what we have been served in a 5 star restaurant (although I substituted round steak for sirloin tip). This was a first for me both for attempting this particular recipe and using Kraftcanada.com from which I took the directions. I pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the quality of both!
