  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Cook broccoli in pan of boiling water 3 min.; drain. Place in 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Blend egg yolks, cream cheese and seasonings in blender until smooth; pour into large bowl. Add egg whites to blender; blend 1 min. or until foamy. Add to yolk mixture; whisk just until blended. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan; pour over broccoli.
  • Bake 25 min. or until centre is set and top is golden brown.

Substitute

Prepare using your favourite Kraft Shredded Cheese.
