easy and FABULOUS!!!!! Sometimes, I add cooked bacon, crumbled and I don't even bother to roast the pepper - I just buy a small red pepper, seed, remove white part and chop - then I add it and it is great!!!!!

My family loved this easy meal. Whether it's for a Sunday Brunch or for a busy day dinner, I would definitely make this again.

This was a fast easy meal, I made it for dinner with a salad. I loved it very filling and tasted great! I didnt have broccoli so I just used green and red peppers with frozen thawed spinach. Awesome dish!!!!
