  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Combine cauliflower and zucchini in 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 min. or until cauliflower is crisp-tender.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until slightly softened. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in chicken broth; cook 1 min. Add cream cheese product and 1/2 cup shredded cheese; cook 2 to 3 min. or until melted, stirring constantly.
  • Add cream cheese mixture to vegetable mixture in casserole dish along with the rosemary; mix lightly. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake 10 min. or until top is golden brown and vegetable mixture is heated through.

How to Cut a Cauliflower

You will need about half a small head of cauliflower to get the 4 cups florets needed to prepare this recipe. To cook the cauliflower, pull off any outer green leaves from the head. Break cauliflower into equal-size florets, then use as directed.


Substitute broccoli florets for the cauliflower.
