  • GRATE rind from oranges and measure 1 Tbsp (15 mL). Section oranges.
  • COMBINE cream cheese, 2 Tbsp (30 mL) of the marmalade, orange rind and extract. Spread 1 Tbsp (15 mL) of the cream cheese mixture on one half of the crepe. Fold crepe in quarters. Repeat with remaining crepes and arrange on platter or individual serving plates.
  • HEAT remaining marmalade with liqueur over low heat. Stir in orange sections. Pour sauce over crepes. If desired, garnish with additional orange slices or sections.
