  • Just follow our 3 simple steps

  • Peel 12 hard-cooked eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, place in bowl and mash with fork.
  • STIR IN 1/4 cup each Miracle Whip Original Spread and Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
  • MIx well and refill whites with yolk mixture; serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving. To garnish, sprinkle with a dash paprika.

Special Extra

For added variety, stir in a few spoonfuls salsa, Oscar Mayer Bacon Bits or chopped fresh herbs such as basil, parsley or thyme.

    My family loves this basic recipe. I change it a little by adding chopped green onion and only 1 tsp. of dijon mustard. It was light and delicious. My daughter couldn't stop eating them.
