  • Heat oven to 275ºF.
  • Line 2 (8x4-inch) loaf pans with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Beat cake mix, applesauce and eggs in large bowl with mixer until blended. Toss fruit with flour in medium bowl; stir into cake batter. Pour into prepared pans.
  • Bake 1 hour 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool completely. Use parchment handles to remove cakes from pans.
  • Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar with mixer until blended; drizzle over cakes. Sprinkle with nuts.

Substitute

Prepare using a chocolate cake mix.

Variation

Substitute additional 2 cups chopped pecans for half of the dried fruit.
