Just made this for a "girls cottage vacation" dinner with coleslaw & toast - tasty & fast!
Very Good. I don't really like eggs and I made this for my fiance but even I enjoyed it and will make it again.
Delicious breakfast! disappeared very fast.
Excellent. Very much like a quiche but without the pastry. I made it with ham and green onions.
changed cilantro to green onions and added bacon bits... delicious!!
I have also served this with shrimp and diced tomato ... you can switch up the cheese too..an easy and fast dish for surprize company. Easy to cut recipe in half for 2. A must try :D
This was very easy and so delicious. I've made it several times already.
Easy and delicious. I had it with my girlfriends pot luck lunch and they were all impressed and asked for the recipe. I added colour pepper & zuchinni to make it colourful too!
Very good dish. We added other vegetables and it was very tasty!
also good with mild salsa added to the mix.
My husband loved it as well as myself. so easy too.
I made it for Easter brunch,it was quick and easy. It was so good, they we're no left overs. I added some green and red peppers to it as well. Would also be great for any Sunday morning.
just perfect and easy!!!
It was excellent, my husband can be skeptical about new foods but even he loved it. The only thing was that there was a little too much cilantro. Next time we'll use a little less than called for.
This is a family staple in our house! So easy! Just use whatever you have - mushrooms, tomato, shrimp, sausage, bacon.....a different meal every time.
This recipe is awesome though I changed it to suit me, adding chopped up tomatos, peppers, mushrooms and lots more cheese. I didn't include the cilantro but added salt and pepper/served it with salsa and it was great! I've made it several times since seeing it in the what's cooking magazine and have never been disappointed.
It is OK but I added onion, mushrooms and more spices. Nothing special.
I made this and added mushrooms and red pepper - delish! Im always looking for new ways to use eggs, and I try to avoid wheat and cow's milk products for allergies and asthma, so this was a great recipe for that. I usually substitute most cow's milk cheeses with goat cheese.
This was a wonderful tasty dish to make. I had a piece the following morning for my breakfast. I am also following Weight Watchers, and this dish only has 4 points per serving, bonus!
Simple to prepare, delicious to eat! This is the type of recipe that you can make over and over again, adding different ingredients to it each time.
