Kraft Kitchen Tips

  • CREATIVE LEFTOVERS

A frittata is a great way to use those leftover vegetables and cheeses in your refrigerator. Just stir them into the egg mixture before pouring into pie plate as directed.

  • COOKING KNOW-HOW

A frittata is an Italian omelette that typically has the ingredients mixed with the eggs instead of being folded inside, as with a French omelette.

  • SHORTCUT

Instead of chopping the cilantro with a knife, use kitchen shears.

Very Good. I don't really like eggs and I made this for my fiance but even I enjoyed it and will make it again.

It was excellent, my husband can be skeptical about new foods but even he loved it. The only thing was that there was a little too much cilantro. Next time we'll use a little less than called for.

This is a family staple in our house! So easy! Just use whatever you have - mushrooms, tomato, shrimp, sausage, bacon.....a different meal every time.

This recipe is awesome though I changed it to suit me, adding chopped up tomatos, peppers, mushrooms and lots more cheese. I didn't include the cilantro but added salt and pepper/served it with salsa and it was great! I've made it several times since seeing it in the what's cooking magazine and have never been disappointed.

It is OK but I added onion, mushrooms and more spices. Nothing special.

I made this and added mushrooms and red pepper - delish! Im always looking for new ways to use eggs, and I try to avoid wheat and cow's milk products for allergies and asthma, so this was a great recipe for that. I usually substitute most cow's milk cheeses with goat cheese.

This was a wonderful tasty dish to make. I had a piece the following morning for my breakfast. I am also following Weight Watchers, and this dish only has 4 points per serving, bonus!

Simple to prepare, delicious to eat! This is the type of recipe that you can make over and over again, adding different ingredients to it each time.
