Excellent recipe. I did have to use 2 extra eggs to fill it in. The family loved it. Will be keeping this recipe on hand
Loved it, didn't cook any of the veggies before hand, just cut them up pretty small, added in a layer of broccoli and of mushrooms, added a bit of extra cheese on the top layer, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and also 2 extra eggs. The leftovers are just as good.
