  • MIX 2 cups softened butter with 1 cup fine sugar then stir in 4 cups flour. Stir in 3 squares melted Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate.
  • ADD 3 squares each chopped Baker's White and Semi-Sweet Chocolate and a few handfuls of chopped pecans.
  • DROP the dough by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased parchment or foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Remove cookies and cool on wire racks.

Substitute

If you can't find fine sugar in the store, whiz granulated sugar in the blender or food processor for 1 minute.

Tip

Recipe can be halved or doubled.
