  • Then follow our 3 simple steps:

  • Cut 227 g (1/2 lb.) meat into 1-inch cubes; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Stir in meat; cover. Cook 5 min. or until cooked through.
  • Add 1 cup vegetables, the rice and soy sauce; mix well. Cook 3 min.
  • Stir in 1 can (284 mL/10 fl oz) 25%-less-sodium broth, the garlic powder and ginger. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.; fluff with fork.

    Love this recipe!! I've tried very option!! Excellent for a meal, I often double and triple (got a big family) 10/10 **:)

    I made the meatless option and found that the amount of rice specified in the recipe was too much compared to the rest of the ingredients. Not enough soy sauce was used to coat everything.
