  • Beat eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix well.
  • Pour into lightly greased 12x8-inch baking dish; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Uncover baking dish. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.

    I made this recipe for Mother's Day Brunch and my family ate it all up, and actually wanted more.The grandkids ate it up as well, and are somewhat picky eaters.I served it with muffins and coffee.We thought it was great,in fact they've asked for it again at the next family occasion.
