I make this using the herb and Parmesan Shake and bake. My family loves it and it's healthier for them than the processed chicken fingers.

I made this for 3 picky eater children who have very diverse taste buds. I used Italian Shake N Bake with the parmesan and I am pleased to announce that we found a recipe all the kids like! I am looking forward to making this again. I was surprised to discover that there were no left overs either. Served it with mashed potatoes, peas and a salad with apple slices and caramel for dessert.

Kind of disappointed. I didn't really taste the parmesan cheese so it just tasted like shake'n bake chicken.
