It was too dry...
We really liked this. I baked it instead of broiling. Skipped the stuffing mix and made quinoa salad instead. Nice and quick for a week night
This was pretty good. I tried the broiling method, and had to stop half way through since it was starting to burn on top and not cooking through, so I switched to baking. I only had basa fillets but it turned out good. I like the idea of a parmesan crust since I'm so cheese crazy. For someone who isn't much of a fish eater, I could eat this again.
