  • Preheat broiler. Place fish on rack of broiler pan. Spread fish evenly with Miracle Whip; top with cheese.
  • Broil, 5 to 6 inches from heat source, 6 to 8 min. or until fish is golden brown and cooked through, depending on thickness of fish. (If broiler does not allow you to position fish 5 to 6 inches from heat source, follow Baking Directions below.)
  • Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, using only 1/2 cup water and 2 Tbsp. margarine. Cook green beans. Sprinkle fish with paprika (for colour); serve with stuffing, green beans, lemon wedges and rolls.

Baking Directions

Preheat oven to 475°F. Line baking pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place fish in pan; top as directed. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

    It was too dry...

We really liked this. I baked it instead of broiling. Skipped the stuffing mix and made quinoa salad instead. Nice and quick for a week night

This was pretty good. I tried the broiling method, and had to stop half way through since it was starting to burn on top and not cooking through, so I switched to baking. I only had basa fillets but it turned out good. I like the idea of a parmesan crust since I'm so cheese crazy. For someone who isn't much of a fish eater, I could eat this again.
