  • Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add peanut butter; mix well. Stir in Cool Whip. Layer 1/3 of the wafers and half the pudding mixture in 13x9-inch dish, breaking wafers as necessary to fit. Repeat layers. Top with remaining wafers.
  • Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over wafers.
  • Refrigerate 8 hours.

Prepare as directed, omitting the peanut butter.

How to Thaw COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Place unopened tub of Cool Whip in refrigerator. A 1-L tub will be completely thawed in 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave.


Prepare using Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding.

    This is delicious and easy to make..I turn the last layer of Graham Crackers over so the chocolate will spread evenly..No bumps this way..Also I leave it in the fridge over night and freeze it..If left out before serving for 15 minutes, the goodness of this treat comes out quite well..If it is " messy", so what..That's why napkins were invented!

    This dessert was so easy, and it tasted super, I would recommend making it same day as serving, yes the crackers do get soggy. And more peanut butter is always good. Was a great hit with my family.

    It is very light and tasty. If using a 9X13 pan may need a few more wafer crackers then specified.
