Assemble recipe as directed but do not top with barbecue sauce; cover. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Top with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake as directed, topping with 4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices for the last 5 min.
Serve this comfort food with mashed potatoes and a steamed vegetable, such as broccoli.
Mix meatloaf ingredients as directed; shape into 2 loaves. Place, side-by-side, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour 25 min. or until done. Refrigerate any leftover meatloaf. Slice, then use to make sandwiches.

I've made this over and over and over.. and every single time, there's nothing leftover!!! I always throw in some onion, and a squirt or two of Zesty Italian Dressing, when its done cooking, I add a little cheese. Quick, easy and absolutely delicious!
This recipe is excellent. It is very moist and you can change the taste by changing the type of BBQ sauce you use.
I use small aluminum dishes and split it into 8-10 single serve. My husband and 2 VERY picky children LOVE it! I also throw in an onion too.
