Make-Ahead Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Assemble recipe as directed but do not top with barbecue sauce; cover. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Top with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake as directed, topping with 4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices for the last 5 min.
Serve this comfort food with mashed potatoes and a steamed vegetable, such as broccoli.
Substitute ground pork or veal for the ground beef.
Substitute Heinz Tomato Ketchup for the barbecue sauce.
Mix meatloaf ingredients as directed; shape into 2 loaves. Place, side-by-side, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour 25 min. or until done. Refrigerate any leftover meatloaf. Slice, then use to make sandwiches.
