Made this and it was delicious. Love salmon and was getting tired of the usual lemon juice....this put a little sweetness to the salmon. I will be using this recipe again.
This salmon is incredibly easy AND tasty! You could definitely taste the dressing, but it wasn't overwhelming and complimented the fish nicely. If anything, I would leave a bit more of the marinade in the pan with the fish to add a bit more flavour.
We had it with root vegetables roasted in the oven with citrus seasoning, which went very well together.
This was super easy! This dressing really adds a nice flavor to the salmon, will definately make this one again!
