was easy to prepare, however 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350 was not enough. Even after I made adjustments to the cooking time and temp the veggies still didn't turn out right
I'm wondering what to do with the beets? Do you par boil them, peel them, blanch them or ? Also, do you add any liquid to the pan? How can I select a star when I haven't made it yet?
