  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Place refrigerated pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Cook onions and garlic in skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Spread onion mixture, salmon and cheese onto bottom of pie shell.
  • Beat eggs, Miracle Whip and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie shell. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min.; cut to serve.
