  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Brown meat in large skillet. Remove from heat. Stir in corn, rice and salsa.
  • Cut peppers lengthwise in half; remove and discard membranes and seeds. Pierce peppers with fork or sharp knife; place in 13x9-inch baking dish. Fill with meat mixture; cover.
  • Bake 20 min. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
