  • Brown bacon in large frypan over medium-high heat. Remove from pan and set aside. Cook onion and green pepper in bacon drippings for 3 minutes. Drain fat.
  • Stir IN rice, thyme and cumin. Cook for 1 minute. Add soup, water and hot pepper sauce, stir until smooth. Bring to boil, cover and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and bacon. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
